Remember, you increase each increment for a macrodome. You want someone you can rely upon in the case of unknown experiences or obstacles. 

Interactive Exercise: Reflect on your experiences with the community. How has being a part of a group with similar interests impacted you in other areas of your life? Are you able to share your struggles and successes with them? A lot of times, your regular and casual friends are not going to be the people that you want to discuss your psychedelic experiences with. You want to have trust in a person or a group who can help you elevate from your current self by any means possible. This is where psychedelic help groups play a significant role. Essentially, they are people who understand or empathize with what you struggle with every day and comprehend the power of a psychedelic journey.

Chapter 2: Ongoing Education and Development

Never Stop Learning: Dive into the value of staying informed about the latest research, findings, and discussions in the world of psychedelics. Remember, this is not meant to be an all-inclusive course. This is just a starting guide. There are many organizations, groups, companies and people that are well-informed in knowledge and practice in the psychedelic sacred medicine field.  You must find the group, person, or company that resonates with you. It could range from the  Amish stay group to the hardcore combat veteran like me. As long as you keep searching for your truth without being biased to the information, you will find the best niche for you as an individual. 

Group Discussion: Share resources like books, documentaries, websites, or forums you’ve found helpful. How do these sources enrich your understanding and experience with psilocybin?

Chapter 3: Advocacy, Responsibility, and Outreach

Becoming a Psychedelic Ambassador: Although I've mentioned finding a group of people who can help you, once you've reached the point of healing for yourself, you should pass on the information to someone else. Keep learning, and if someone asks you for information, inform them. You can even direct them in the right direction. 

Role-play Activity: Engage in role-playing scenarios to practice discussing and advocating for responsible psychedelic use within the community. By doing this, you are expanding the understanding of psychedelics to not only the person but also yourself. Show them what they can overcome. 

Chapter 4: Lifelong Journey with Psilocybin

A Path of Continuous Discovery: Learning and growing with psilocybin is a lifelong journey. When it comes to psychedelics and your current condition, do not become complacent and just allow or think the medicine will heal you. You have the power and strength to guide yourself along the journey. Stay open and receptive to new information and experiences. And again, after you've learned something, share it with others so they can learn from your successes or mistakes.
